They come from broad and diverse backgrounds – from well established financial platforms to large corporate and consumer market places. Drawing on this experience, team members are ideally equipped to build the tailored products for a wide variety of use cases.
The SVP of Product holds a PhD in Engineering and Economics and is a pioneer in the field of Impact. He developed the first quantitative methodology to measure the impact of companies as aligned to the UN SDGs framework. He also had a decade-long career in academia, including serving as a visiting fellow at the Harvard University Center for Climate, Health, and the Global Environment. He completed his studies at the Technical University of Madrid, Harvard University and MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
The experts of our product research and innovation team hold advanced degrees (e.g, PhDs) and are recognized academic and industry experts with an average of over 10 years of global sustainability experience. They have a wide range of complementary expertise across impact, risk, climate and regulation, in addition to within specialty areas (e.g. climate, biodiversity, geospatial).
The Head of Product Research and Innovation holds Master’s degrees in Engineering and in Public Administration in International Development. She has extensive experience in crafting strategic plans and evaluating major development initiatives for public and private organizations from a variety of sectors. She has worked for various global firms, including Dalberg Global Development Advisors and McKinsey & Company, and has earned degrees from Harvard University, MIT and the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
The team members have an average of 8 years of experience and hail from various global offices of Tier 1 strategic management consultancies, such as Bain, Boston Consulting Group, and McKinsey & Company.
The Head of Strategy holds an MBA from NYU Stern and is an engineer by training. Prior to joining Clarity AI, he led management consulting teams across the globe at McKinsey & Company, where he focused on the creation of company visions and of strategic implementation plans.
The Data Strategy team has strong expertise in building data platforms and operations at scale, leveraging technology, with specific expertise in the areas of finance and sustainability.
The Head of Data Strategy has an extensive career in capital markets, investment and data analytics. He has worked in CIBC World Markets, Thomson Reuters, and CPP Investments, managing teams, growing the business and deploying data analytics solutions as a product manager and director. He’s a member of the EFRAG ESRS Digital Reporting Consultative Forum, where he has a direct influence in the European standards for data reporting. He holds a master’s degree in International Economics, as well as in Finance, and he’s also earned the CFA certification.
This fully in-house team builds and scales Clarity AI’s flexible tech platform and has an average of 10+ years of experience. They have worked across leading tech companies in the full span of IT disciplines (e.g., SaaS, cybersecurity, and data engineering).
The Data Science team, reporting to the CTO, combines scientific expertise from a wide variety of backgrounds, and the grand majority hold advanced degrees. Team members have a passion for utilizing the latest data science tools and techniques and work closely with sustainability experts from the product research and innovation team to provide the highest impact, highest quality sustainability models and insights.
The Chief Technology Officer is an engineering executive with deep expertise in speech, language, and machine learning technologies. He is adept at building and leading data-centric engineering teams, articulating strategic vision, and driving product design and development in companies like Square. He holds a PhD in Language and IT, and a masters in Computational Linguistics.
The members of the People team have an average of 9 years of expertise in growing teams and upholding values and culture during the full talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and learning and development.
The Head of People holds an MBA from IE and a Master’s degree in Economic Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan. He has worked across People Strategy, Analytics, Transformation, Operations, Learning, Development and Performance at global brands such as ING, McKinsey and Accenture.
The Finance & Ops team members have an average of 12 years of experience and have worked across finance and legal disciplines (e.g., control, process, and audit) at global companies.
The CFO is a seasoned tech executive, builder, and leader for tech start-ups and scale-ups. With a background in investing and fundraising within the technology sector, he has successfully executed numerous equity and debt deals, ranging from small-scale to large-scale transactions. Before joining Clarity AI, he held roles as CFO, CEO, and COO across various tech companies in the fashion, travel, education and mobility industries. He earned his MBA from the London Business School and a MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the TU Delft.
The team members have an average of 12 years of experience across multiple disciplines, including sustainability, financial services and technology and hail from major global companies, such as Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey & Company, and Thomson Reuters.
The Global Head of Sales and Customer Success has over 35 years of experience across the go-to-market function. Previously he has been the Chief Revenue Officer at multiple tech organizations that have experienced exponential growth leading to their eventual sale to global companies. Additionally, he has deep and direct experience in the sustainability, ESG and impact space, and has led go-to-market functions at FactSet, MarkMonitor, and TruValue Labs.

The Head of Marketing is a senior executive with 15+ years of experience in building brands and teams to drive marketing as a catalyst for business growth. He has worked in mature & scaling organizations within financial services and telecommunications (Morningstar Sustainalytics, BCE, TELUS, Rogers Communications). With a strong people-centric philosophy, he has successfully built integrated marketing and communication plans utilizing data across traditional and digital marketing channels.
The CEO founded Clarity AI in 2017. She is a serial entrepreneur and is an engineer by training who has worked in that discipline at German Aerospace Agency, Siemens, and IBM. She has also worked as Global Head of Digital Transformation at Santander, in Private Equity at Bain Capital, in management consulting at Boston Consulting Group, and was the founder and CEO of the tech company Blink Booking, which was acquired by Groupon in 2013. She was selected as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and earned her MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.
